1. Enhanced and Concierge Plans require an annual commitment.
2. A remote troubleshooting device or devices required. Please consult your Sales Representative to confirm that your system can be supported remotely.
3. Tech Automation Inc. takes privacy and security very seriously. Our system monitoring tool allows us only to see the status of a device on the network. Nothing else. There is no access to your content or data. Devices appear as either on-line or off-line.
4. Loaner components provided as available, and may not match size, fit, or finish of original product. Does not include custom manufactured or specialty products.
5. Limited to twice per year, and two weeks prior notice is required.
6. Complete system failure, HVAC issue, or major lighting issue (AV or TV outage is not considered Life Safety)
7. Standard Rate M-F 9AM to 5PM - $175/hr
8. After Hours Rate M-F 5PM to 10PM - $249/hr
9. Weekend Rate Saturday & Sunday - $249/hr
10. Remote Support M-F 9AM to 5PM - $99/hr
11. System Preventative Maintenance - $99/hr
12. Trip Charge added for locations 60+ minutes from Troy: $75/hr
